Jamie Merida gives sneak peek of intros for Chelsea House

Retailer and designer Jamie Merida is giving a sneak peek of a few of the product introductions he’ll debut with home furnishings source Chelsea House during the High Point Market, April 22-26.

The Bolton writing desk is a fresh take on the classic Chippendale motif. The desk is a white painted wood table with a Chippendale trellis pattern and glass top.

The Chinoiserie console table is available in two colorways: white and gold, or black and gold.

Old meets new in Merida’s Chinoiserie console table. Merida says was inspired by the antique Asian panels he saw on his travels, using that idea to create a console table that stands on a contemporary gold-tone base. He designed the panels in two colorways: white and gold, or black and gold.

Inspired by Merida’s love of the American coast and his home on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Merida’s ceramic Sea Urchin garden seat, finished in a blue glaze, is designed for indoor and outdoor spaces. Merida’s signature cascading pearls add a punch of texture and interest.
