Atlanta Market: What’s new in accessories and accent furniture

The winter furniture markets come quickly after the holidays. Kicking off next week is Atlanta Market, running Jan. 10-16 at AmericasMart. Here’s a look at some of the accent furniture and accessories that will help to start the year off right. (For a preview of rugs, pillows and linens, click here.)

This eclectic wood cabinet showcases an intricately painted two-tone design in black and cream and two glass-knobbed drawers. From Creative Co-Op, it works as a buffet in a dining or living space or as a dresser in a sophisticated bedroom. (AmericasMart Building 2, 1080-1087A)

Watch as the fins glide across this ceramic vase as if it were the ocean breeze. The Shard vase from Chelsea House is hand thrown in Italy to show a modern take on a traditional artisan craft. (B1, 14-E5)

The subtlety of the Epitome pitcher makes a statement, whether serving water or styled as a centerpiece with botanicals.
