International Market Centers will close out AmericasMart Atlanta’s open-year-round schedule with two Market Wednesday events for sourcing and networking on Wednesday, Oct. 5, and Wednesday, Dec. 7.

“Market Wednesdays are important components of the AmericasMart open-year-round calendar, and we’re delighted to offer Atlanta’s design and retail communities two more opportunities for commerce and connection before year-end,” said Bob Maricich, IMC chief executive officer in a news release.

The two Market Wednesdays will feature more than 350 showrooms, with home decor resources in Building 1, gift resources in Building 2, and apparel and accessories in Building 3. Showrooms will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, with many exhibitors offering discounts and buying incentives, such as no minimum orders or free shipping.

Among highlights in October is a Professional Portrait Day, with celebrity photographer Catrina Maxwell. Photography sessions are $200 for 40 minutes, including professional makeup. Purchasers will take home four polished, high-resolution image files with unlimited usage. The open-year-round home furnishings collection at AmericasMart features Building 1, with 350-plus lighting, accent furniture, rugs, wall decor, casual furniture and linens brands, as well as 100-plus commercial design brands.
